Refund & Returns Policy

At AlHijrah, we take pride in providing high-quality garments. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of preference
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Ordering the wrong product

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@alhijrah.co.nz

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate remedy of either:

  • providing you with the equivalent store credit or
  • sending your original desired item of equal value

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@alhijrah.co.nz.

Please include your order number and, where applicable, clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a genuine manufacturing fault, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For any approved return that is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide supporting evidence to the payment provider.
