We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Each Al Hijrah garment is carefully inspected, folded, and packaged before leaving our warehouse to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship throughout New Zealand using trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier delays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience should this occur.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels).

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the parcel and any damage (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue with the courier and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
